How do I care for my SafeRest protection products?

A little care keeps them lasting for years. Wash before first use, then machine wash cold to hot with regular detergent. Skip bleach, dry cleaning, ironing, and high heat—they can damage the waterproof lining. Tumble dry low with sheets or towels.
What's the difference between a mattress protector and a mattress encasement?

Protectors are more affordable and easier to wash, but they don’t fully seal against bed bugs. Encasements zip around the entire mattress for complete protection. Both cost far less than replacing a mattress.
What mattress depth does the protector fit?

It depends on the size. Twin, Twin XL, and Full fit mattresses up to 14 inches deep, while Queen, King, and Cal King fit up to 18 inches.
Why are there brown burn marks on my protector after drying?

Those marks almost always mean the protector was dried on high heat or got caught against the dryer's heating element, which unfortunately ruins it. Always tumble dry on low.
